Macchine alimentari is the monthly magazine specialized in technologies for the processing and packaging of solid foods, from the processing of raw materials to the packaging of the final product, and is aimed at the "food technologist", a key figure in the food industry, able to oversee and supervise the supply chain in its entirety, to ensure the quality of the final product in terms of health and safety. Thanks to its technical-scientific preparation, he is able to face the varied agrifood world characterized by a considerable technical-normative complexity. The magazine is divided into five main sections: additives and ingredients, salted products (pasta, pizza, bread, etc.), sweet products (biscuits, chocolate, coffee, etc.), meats (and sausages) and preserves.
